• Domain name registration and renewal charges.
• Hosting and business email activation charges.
• Third-party software licences and subscriptions.
• Completed website design and development work.
• Completed web application development work.
• Non-recoverable third-party service charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may request cancellation before service activation or project commencement.
• Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the service status and work already performed.
• Recurring services should be cancelled before their next renewal date to avoid further charges.
• Applicable refunds, if any, will be processed according to the refund eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method, subject to applicable payment processing requirements.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
